Positive work environment and professional team **Job Offer: Accountant – Administration Department** **Company:** Vacation Marbella **Location:** Marbella (on-site position) A leading company in luxury vacation rental management on the Costa del Sol seeks to hire **an Accountant** to strengthen its **Administration and Finance Department**. We are looking for an organized, analytical individual with at least 5 years of experience in accounting, capable of integrating into a dynamic team within a solid and growing company in the tourism sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording accounting entries. * Bank reconciliation and monitoring of financial transactions. * Preparation and filing of tax returns. * Monitoring and control of invoicing and payments. * Preparation and analysis of balance sheets and income statements. * Support in monthly and annual closing processes. * Coordination with external accounting advisors when necessary. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field. * Minimum English level B2\. * Experience using accounting software. * Proficiency in Excel. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the real estate or tourism sector. * Knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations. * Experience with ERP systems or advanced accounting software. * Interest in applying new technologies (AI) to the administration department. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join an established and growing company. * Positive work environment within a professional team. * Permanent contract. * On-site position in Marbella. * Working hours: Fridays until 3:00 PM.
