This is a large-scale, high-visibility project with a budget exceeding **€7 million** and an estimated duration of **3 years**. The selected candidate will serve as the highest on-site authority, responsible for technical, financial, and personnel management, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Overall site management, technical oversight, and financial monitoring of the project. * Planning of works, schedule control, and budget management (project value > €7M). * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Negotiation with suppliers and optimization of material and human resources. * Supervision of occupational health and safety on site, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Direct liaison with the technical management team and the client.
