For one of its current projects located in **Valdebebas** (Madrid), the candidate will join the execution of a **residential construction project**. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise daily site work, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on a day-to-day basis at the construction site. * Monitor proper execution of works in accordance with drawings, measurements, and technical specifications. * Supervise materials, machinery, and resources required for project execution. * Support the Site Director in monitoring scheduling and cost control. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Provide periodic reports on construction progress and incidents. Requirements * Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Site Manager. * 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety Training (PRL). * Prior experience in construction projects, particularly valued in high-end residential housing. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and on-site team management. * Technical training in construction will be considered an advantage. * Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel to the construction site.
