At Taller d’Art, Cultura i Creació, we are seeking a professional to join the **Custodian role** at the Old Schools of **Sant Andreu de la Barca**. **Tasks:** * Monitoring and attending to building users’ entry and exit. * Controlling, opening, and closing the building, doors, windows, air conditioning systems, and lighting systems. * Managing the schedule for classroom usage within the building. * Providing telephone and/or in-person information to users about municipal services offered at the building. * Reporting building defects related to maintenance. * Collecting and distributing documentation, correspondence, small materials, deliveries, etc. * Performing photocopies, binding, etc., upon request by trainers delivering courses at the centre. * Assisting with maintaining cleanliness of building spaces. * Assisting in preparing rooms and classrooms according to their intended use. **Requirements:** * Minimum qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) * **Availability starting 19 September** * Experience managing facilities and providing public service * Proficiency in Catalan (level C or international B2) **Conditions:** * Contract of **3 hours per week**, Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. * Contract duration from **19 September to 19 December 2026**. * **Start date: 19 September.** * Salary according to the Educational Leisure Collective Agreement (~€110 gross/month).
