Bartender/Waiter

Are you a friendly, outgoing person with the energy to work late nights? Do you want to work in a fun, international environment? Do you have a passion for live sport, comedy \& music? We're looking for a bartender to join our team across both venues, as we continue growing our comedy, music and live sport programming. This is a flexible, sporadic role spread across the week — with a core expectation of being available Friday and Saturday nights until close (3:30am). Hours will vary depending on our schedule of shows and events, but you should expect somewhere between 10 and 20 hours per week. If you're a great fit and gel well with the team, there is real potential for this to become a long\-term position. **What you'll be doing:** * Greeting customers and making them feel at home * Serving beers and making cocktails * Maintaining a strict cleaning schedule * Building strong relationships with staff, comedians, musicians and regulars * Opening and closing the bar * Counting money, tracking expenses and closing the till * Tracking your own hours through Harvest **What we're looking for:** * Outgoing, friendly and calm under pressure * Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan a bonus) * Experience bartending and/or working in restaurants * Kitchen experience helpful — happy to make pizzas as well as bartend is a plus * Energy to work until 3:30am on Friday and Saturday nights * Legally permitted to work in Spain * Flexible with schedules across the week — Friday and Saturday availability until late is non\-negotiable * Well\-presented and professional * Able to handle yourself with drunk customers * Trustworthy, dependable and a team player **Benefits:** * Free entry to comedy shows and live events * Tip sharing * Staff discount * Fun, international working environment **How to apply:** Submit your application including your CV through Indeed.
