From the Support Team reporting to the Deputy General Director of Acquisition, we are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the management of BI projects for the financial layer and its associated team. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Design, develop, and maintain financial management dashboards and reports. * Ensure timely and reliable delivery of monthly reporting to the Administration and Finance Directorate and company management. * Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making: profitability per business unit, variance analysis, projections, and scenario planning. * Automate manual reporting processes, reducing month-end close times and error risk. * Prepare and present results and progress updates to the department’s leadership: status of the request backlog, ongoing projects, achievements, and improvement proposals. * Lead the functional team of analysts: prioritize tasks, track deliverables, and foster professional development. * Serve as the functional point of reference for Hyperion Essbase: ensure data quality and error control, maintain structures and hierarchies, and propose improvements in coordination with BI IT. **What are we looking for?** * University degree: Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. * Minimum 6–7 years’ experience as a BI consultant on projects, or 1–2 years’ experience as a Business Intelligence Manager or Team Leader. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (Snowflake, Sybase, SQL Server, etc.). * Knowledge of AWS environments. * Experience with reporting tools, especially Power BI. * Experience managing projects and backlogs using Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar, for requirement prioritization and coordination with BI IT. Familiarity with open-source tools (Python, R, etc.) is a plus. * Advanced English level (C1). * Strong customer orientation. * Proactive, analytical individual with excellent communication skills. * Ability to lead, develop, and motivate the department’s BI analyst team. **Desirable qualifications** * Knowledge of AI environments for data exploitation. * Experience with ETL tools.
