*We need to hire a Bartender for Cap Vermell Grand Hotel.* ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*** \- *Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.* \- *Know all bar products and cocktail recipes.* \- *Provide high-quality service and efficient / friendly customer service.* \- *Prepare the opening setup.* \- *Strictly follow established opening and closing procedures for the point of sale.* \- *Ensure that the bar counter and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.* \- *Handle customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.* \- *Guarantee the proper presentation of premium spirits on all shelves with clearly defined quantities.* \- *Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.* ***SKILLS AND PROFILE*** *We are looking for a dynamic person with personality and strong communication skills. Someone capable of identifying customers’ needs and satisfying them with excellent beverage service.
