If you are customer-focused, have experience preparing high-quality coffee, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want you! **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve coffee-based beverages and other hot/cold drinks according to store standards. * Serve customers with friendliness and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with hygiene and safety regulations. * Manage product inventory and place supply orders as needed. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, high-quality service. * Participate in ongoing training and development on new beverages, preparation techniques, and products. * Promote special products and menu offers. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. * Basic knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and service. * Positive attitude, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **We Offer:** * Continuous training and professional development. * A dynamic and friendly work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the company. * Competitive salary and additional benefits.
