We are looking for a motivated barista to join our team in Madrid. If you have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and enjoy working collaboratively, we invite you to be part of our project! **Responsibilities:** * Prepare coffee-based beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) with the highest quality and attention to detail. * Serve customers courteously and efficiently, providing personalized service. * Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure fast and high-quality service. * Assist in managing inventory of products and materials required for daily operations. * Participate in promoting special products, menus, or drinks of the day. * Perform additional tasks as required by daily operational needs. **Requirements:** * Experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. * Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new brewing techniques. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and commitment to work. * Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Working Hours:** * Morning shift: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM * Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM * Flexible shifts possible depending on availability and team needs. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and social benefits. * Ongoing training in coffee techniques and customer service. * A dynamic and supportive work environment where every team member is valued. * Opportunities for professional growth within the company. * Staff discounts on products and other benefits.
