Who knows — **Kelea.Tech** might be your next professional adventure, and you could be the missing piece we need to accelerate our projects! ### **Requirements** #### **What we’re looking for in you** We seek a candidate with solid backend development experience who has progressed into **Technical Lead or Software Architect** roles, yet still enjoys staying close to the code and tackling day-to-day technical challenges, including: * Technically leading the design and evolution of **robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions**. * Programming with the latest versions of **Java, Spring Boot, and distributed architectures**, in high-concurrency environments involving integrations and asynchronous messaging. * Making **architectural decisions**, evaluating factors such as scalability, performance, maintainability, and complexity. You’ll participate in defining and evolving **microservices and hexagonal architectures**, ensuring modularity, decoupling, and technical quality. * Supporting the team in resolving technical challenges and applying best practices such as **Clean Code, SOLID, automated testing, and TDD**. * Collaborating with technical and product stakeholders to transform business needs into **viable and sustainable solutions**.
