Through WAME, players can enjoy videos of their matches, post their best *highlights*, track their statistics, and maintain a digital CV. With offices in Spain and Mexico, we are strengthening our team to surpass 200,000 players by 2026. #### **About the Role** As a **Backend Node.js Developer**, you will join the team evolving the **API and microservices** supporting our social network and operational CRM. We work in agile environments and are organized into cross-functional teams, engaging fully in the entire software development lifecycle. We actively participate in both the **architecture** and the **development** and **validation** of solutions. As a team, we conduct ***code reviews*** and provide technical mentoring to other developers. While we value flexibility, we strongly believe in the benefits of face-to-face collaboration with our colleagues; therefore, we have adopted a **hybrid model**, meeting twice weekly at our Madrid (center) office. ### **About You** * Extensive experience developing robust and scalable REST APIs using **Node.js**, **TypeScript**, and **MongoDB**. * Familiarity with the **Nest.js** framework and experience in microservices architecture. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment, managing the full software development lifecycle from inception to delivery. * Understanding of software quality principles—you do not rely solely on a QA team to validate your work. * Strong English communication skills; our team is multicultural and we use **English** daily in all interactions. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or Mathematics—or a Higher Vocational Training qualification in technical fields. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in a similar role as a Backend/FullStack Developer. * Based in Madrid and able to attend our office at least two days per week.
