We are seeking a person to fill the role of Auxiliary Controller. The main responsibilities of this position involve accompanying minors in their daily routines at a residential facility, working closely with the educational team. Applicants are ideally expected to have prior experience working with adolescents, particularly those facing behavioral or mental health challenges. The minimum required qualification is Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), and a valid driver’s license is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset. This position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract. Working hours are variable, including morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts, adjusted according to service needs.
