The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, supervising construction sites, and ensuring quality across all processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate ongoing construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor occupational safety on site and comply with current regulations. * Prepare progress reports, budgets, and material planning schedules. * Collaborate with the **technical department**, a well-established team of 8 in-house technicians, in making strategic project decisions. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** as a Site Manager in construction projects. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety standards. * Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to travel to construction sites in the Torrevieja area. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in swimming pool construction. * Experience in residential, hospitality, or industrial projects. * Proficiency in construction management software (Presto, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). **We Offer:** * Immediate hiring * Full-time working hours. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional development. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and merit. * Interesting and challenging projects in the Torrevieja area.
