At **Grupo PROEDUCA**, an international leader in online higher education, we are seeking an **AI Creative Designer** to join the **Paid Media Design** team within the **Digital Product** department. You will work on creating digital campaigns for brands such as **UNIR, Newman, DKS, MIU**, and other group companies, participating in projects where design, innovation, and artificial intelligence converge to drive results. **What will be your mission?** Design and optimize digital creatives for acquisition campaigns, contributing to the development of scalable visual systems and leveraging AI tools to improve creative production efficiency and quality. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Design digital creatives for Paid Media and Social Ads campaigns. * Create visually appealing and adaptable layouts for different brands and platforms. * Develop and maintain design systems in Figma using components, variants, auto-layouts, and libraries. * Manage creative production across various formats and channels. * Adapt creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Google Display. * Explore and integrate generative AI tools into design workflows. * Use plugins and automations to optimize workflows. * Propose improvements and stay current with digital and creative trends. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in **Figma**. * Experience building scalable design systems, components, and templates. * Excellent visual judgment and solid knowledge of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. * Experience designing assets for digital campaigns, social media, or performance marketing. * Familiarity with Adobe tools and Figma plugins. * Interest in or experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific, or similar. * Experience using tools like ChatGPT in creative processes. * Innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Hybrid work model (first 3 months onsite). * Offices located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, just a 3-minute walk from Renfe’s Pozuelo station. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00–18:15; Friday, 9:00–14:00 (1-hour flexible window between start and end time). * Flexible compensation plan (health insurance, transportation, childcare, and gourmet card). * 26 vacation days + 4 personal days. * Up to 80% discount on UNIR’s educational offerings. *The EDUCATIONAL GROUP is firmly committed to equal opportunities and diversity, thereby fostering a discrimination-free environment.* **\#LI\-DZ1** Group companies Management and Administration Staff (PGA) Locations Madrid \- Spain Remote status Hybrid Employment type Full-time Company PROEDUCA \- Globalpro
