**Category:** Access control. **What tasks will you perform?:** · Parking access control: monitoring vehicle entries/exits, monitoring vehicles parked overnight, monitoring persons entering the parking facility. · Notifying vehicle owners of any incidents related to their vehicles. · Daily verification of proper operation of security systems and the following components: ventilation, cameras, barriers, pedestrian doors, CCTV cameras (daily monitoring)… · Alarm response 365 days per year. · Daily camera inspection. · Fire prevention system monitoring. · Assisting suppliers and maintenance personnel; supervising tasks performed. · Receiving delivery notes and subsequently delivering them to the client’s offices. · Issuing incident reports and notifying the client. · 24/7 emergency service, 365 days per year, to assist users and address their urgent needs. · Opening and closing the parking facility according to scheduled hours. · Cleaning of parking levels, staircases, entry ramps… (twice weekly, plus daily cleaning of restrooms and elevators). · Cleaning of exterior rainwater channels every 15 days during spring and summer; weekly cleaning during autumn and winter. · Semiannual deep cleaning of the entire parking facility using a floor scrubber. **What are the requirements for this position?:** * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Prior experience in access control, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. * Possession of a Disability Certificate (33% or higher) is desirable. * Basic proficiency in office software and email. * Responsible individual with strong problem-solving skills. **What will your schedule be?:** You will work **38.5 hours per week**, on rotating shifts, as follows: * Monday to Friday: 7:00–15:00 or 15:00–20:00. * Saturdays: 8:00–20:00. **What type of contract will you have?:** * Temporary contract starting December 22 and ending January 8, 2026. **When do you start?:** * Start date: December 22, 2025, until January 8, 2026. **Where?:** Plaça de Prat de la Riba, 08940 Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona
