Our all-in-one solution offers: * Creation of attractive job postings (integrated AI) * Distribution across 190+ job boards * Intuitive application management * Collaborative hiring * Automations & analytics Given our strong growth acceleration, **we are opening a VIE position for an Account Executive (M/F) based in Barcelona**, within a close-knit small team, to expand our commercial presence in the market. ***Job Description*** JOB DESCRIPTION You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, with balanced emphasis on: * 50% prospecting & qualification * 50% demonstrations, negotiation & closing You will work closely with one SDR whose role is to fill your pipeline with qualified meetings. Your primary target accounts will be SMEs, mid-market companies (ETIs), and public-sector organizations. **Your responsibilities:** **Prospecting & opportunity generation (50%)** * Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts * Collaborate closely with SDRs to grow your pipeline * Contact decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn * Contribute to improving outreach sequences and sales messages **Demonstrations & closing (50%)** * Conduct structured discovery calls * Deliver customized demonstrations of the Wink software * Identify needs, address objections, provide advice * Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals * Efficiently and methodically manage the end-to-end sales cycle **Onboarding & internal collaboration** * Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success teams * Monitor initial usage to guarantee optimal activation **Performance & continuous improvement** * Track your KPIs: conversion rate, sales cycle length, revenue generated * Continuously optimize scripts, approaches, and processes * Participate in internal sessions: training, role plays, best-practice sharing *Job Title*: VIE - Account Executive (M/F) – HR Tech SaaS - Barcelona *Details*: Employment Framework * VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) * Full-time * 12 MONTHS * No remote work (except as specified below) ***Candidate Profile*** CANDIDATE PROFILE You are a natural hunter—results-driven, yet also a skilled closer capable of handling consultative sales cycles. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or commercial roles (SDR, BDR, junior AE, recruitment consultant, etc.) * Comfortable on the phone, persuasive, structured, and customer-oriented * Understand business drivers in SaaS or tech environments * Confident delivering product demonstrations * Fluent in French (spoken & written).
