Is an Irish company that offers software and hardware solutions to the Food Industry. It is in the industry for 40 years and is now looking to expand its business. We are looking for somebody with experience in telesales and lead generation that brings fresh ideas to the company. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products and services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. **Role/Responsibilities:** * To generate new sales leads, manage existing opportunities \& work with existing database to generate leads * Use initiative to research new leads and businesses online * Contact prospects and customers to inform them about products and services * Answer questions about products and services * Prepare, amend, and manage sale quotations * Prepare, amend, and manage sale orders * Arrange sales visits and product demonstrations * Direct prospects to the sales team when needed * Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales pipeline * Keep records of calls and note useful information in Odoo CRM * The candidate will work closely with the Sales Director \& Marketing Manager. * Verbal and written communication is key **Work Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales/Cold Calling **Skills:** · Experience with Outbound Cold Calling · Experience with B2B Sales · Experience with MS Word · Experience with MS Excel · Experience with Odoo CRM is preferable but not essential · Experience with Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn essential · Experience with Campaign creation and analysis **Application Question(s):** * What attracts you to this role at DEM? * Why should we shortlist you to interview? * What is your current notice period? * All applications need to be in English Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent **Experience:** Telesales: 4 years (required) Work Location: Remote Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: 1,800\.00€ \- 2,100\.00€ per month Experience: * Marketing: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
