Main responsibilities include: Increasing restaurant reservations. Executing the action calendar of the marketing plan. Reviewing and maintaining restaurant promotional materials across various hotel areas (menus, posters, flyers, totems, etc.). Ensuring adherence to the restaurant’s corporate image (correct use of logo, templates, fonts, etc.). Updating content on the hotel’s official website and partner platforms (ElTenedor, Tripadvisor, Atrapalo, etc.). Managing expenses \+ payments to suppliers (gift boxes, El Tenedor, etc.). Managing customer satisfaction both online (e.g., "Express Opinion" email, responding to comments per response protocol) and offline (issuing coupons to satisfied customers, resolving complaints on-site). Maintaining an up-to-date database (data collection and updating on El Tenedor). Acting as a liaison between the restaurant and other hotel departments (communicating updates and resolving staff, front desk, etc. queries), and collaborating as a team to achieve shared goals. Submitting weekly/monthly reports on actions carried out (commercial and marketing report). ### **Requirements** Education in tourism / marketing / commerce / PR. Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality/administrative roles. Customer-oriented mindset. Advanced English \+ other languages considered an asset. Social media proficiency.
