**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Prepare and serve classic, signature, and cocktail drinks according to company recipes and standards. * Serve customers at the bar with professional, friendly service focused on delivering memorable experiences. * Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times. * Manage inventory of beverages and supplies, reporting restocking needs. * Collaborate with the rest of the dining room team to ensure smooth and high-quality service. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food and beverage handling regulations. * Make suggestions and recommendations to customers to enhance their experience and increase sales. **What do we expect from you?** * Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role, preferably in high-end hotels or restaurants. * Knowledge of classic and modern mixology; experience in mixology will be valued. * High proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
