We have over 100 employees, a catalog of more than 400 products, and presence in over 90 countries. **We seek a Senior Maintenance Technician to guarantee the correct operation, adjustment, and maintenance of production and packaging lines, performing format changes, repairs, and preventive/corrective maintenance to ensure production continuity, process quality, and safety.** ### **Responsibilities \- What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** ### **Maintenance and Adjustments** * Perform format changes on automatic packaging and conditioning lines. * Adjust filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, and shrink-wrapping machinery. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial machinery. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults. * Perform mechanical adjustments and commissioning of industrial equipment. ### **Monitoring and Continuous Improvement** * Supervise the proper operation of production lines during your shift. * Record incidents and interventions performed on equipment. * Collaborate on continuous improvement projects and reduction of downtime. * Participate in validations and training for new equipment. * Follow the department’s methodology for incident resolution. ### **Teamwork and Organization** * Maintain clear communication with the team during shift handovers and throughout the workday. * Keep your workstation orderly and clean. * Comply with applicable quality, environmental, and safety procedures. ### **Requirements \- What Are We Looking For?** **Education:** Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate or Advanced Level in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or similar. **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance of automatic production or packaging lines. **Technical Knowledge:** * Industrial and electromechanical mechanics. * Industrial pneumatics and electricity. * Industrial automation systems. * Format changes and adjustment of industrial machinery. * Interpretation of electrical and pneumatic schematics. * Proficiency with hand tools and measurement equipment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food sectors. * Basic knowledge of hydraulics and PLCs. * Experience with high-speed packaging lines. * Training in Industrial Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), chemical handling, or GMP/BPF regulations. * Forklift operator license. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ### **What Do We Offer?** * Full-time position. * Rotating shifts. * Permanent contract. * Annual gross salary between €27,000 and €35,000, depending on experience. * Professional development opportunities. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
