Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer – Rotating Machinery to lead engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical, economic, and quality outcomes. Key Highlights: 1. As a Project Engineer, your mission will be to lead engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring technical, economic, and quality results aligned with contractual obligations and company policies. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **End-to-end project management:** plan, coordinate, and oversee human, technical, and financial resources to meet scope, quality, schedule, and cost targets. * **Project initiation:** register orders, define scope, identify risks, contractual conditions, payment milestones, and assemble the team. * **Planning:** develop the project plan (Gantt chart), define key milestones (Gates), and manage risks. * **Monitoring and control:** track progress, costs, issues, documentation, payment milestones, and scope changes. * **Execution and coordination:** manage documentation, customer and internal team communication, logistics, deliveries, reporting, and special requirements. * **Project closeout:** ensure contractual compliance, quality, full invoicing, final delivery, warranties, and handover to after-sales. * **Customer relationship:** serve as the primary communication channel throughout the project. * **Regulatory compliance:** ensure adherence to ethics, quality, safety, and environmental (EH\&S) standards. * **Team management:** coordinate team activities, report risks, ensure training, and enforce procedural compliance. **KEY QUALIFICATIONS:** * Engineering degree (preferably bachelor’s or higher). * Minimum 3 years of experience, especially as a Project Manager in industrial environments and/or EPC companies. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, especially Excel, and planning tools such as Microsoft Project). * Familiarity with international project management standards (e.g., PMP). * English language proficiency at B2 level; French is a plus. * Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 25%). * **Desired qualifications:** * Experience in industrial product manufacturing and integration. * Prior experience in EPC companies is advantageous. * Organized, methodical, and solution-oriented profile with initiative. * Leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Strong analytical ability, adaptability, and capacity to work under pressure.
