We are currently seeking to **hire** an **Operations Manager** in **Guadiaro, Cádiz**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and outstanding service.**
**Key responsibilities and duties:**
* Planning operational activities for the CIA operator workforce.
* Sizing pumping equipment to be replaced in service infrastructure, with special attention to wastewater treatment plants.
* Providing personalized support for issues arising in the network, including breakdowns and user concerns.
* Responsibility for workforce management (shift scheduling, vacation planning, overtime).
* Supervision of tasks from both operational and occupational health and safety (PRL) perspectives, with visible leadership especially in the latter.
* Continuous verbal and written reporting to the immediate supervisor at the CIA.
* Personalized handling of complex breakdowns; in especially serious and urgent cases, providing support and on-site presence outside regular working hours, including weekends.
**We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and competencies:**
* Higher Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Chemical). Training in **Occupational Health and Safety (PRL)** is valued.
* **3–5 years of experience** in similar roles.
* Demonstrable knowledge of industrial plumbing, electricity, masonry, calculation of clean and wastewater pumps, hydraulics, and wastewater treatment and reuse.
* Competency profile: strong leadership, education, and excellent communication skills. Ability to **manage large teams**.
* **Availability** (included in salary) to provide service support outside regular working hours, including weekends, in case of major breakdowns.
* English level B2.
* Valid driver’s license.
