Description
As Financial Manager, your responsibilities will span from financial planning and risk management to overseeing accounting processes and data integrity. You will lead a dedicated team, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights to the central team and senior management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and advise the finance and administration team, delegating tasks and pursuing efficiency.
Develop and refine financial policies aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records across all corporate entities.
Perform regular bank reconciliations with control over accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare quarterly and annual IVA filings, as well as year-end closing.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as auditors, tax specialists, legal advisors, and banks.
Provide support in acquisition and project development activities, including feasibility assessments and financial modeling.
Maintain permanent corporate entity records and oversee HR-related tasks, such as payroll management.
Report directly to Management.
**Requirements:**
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
