Professional development in an international and multicultural environment. At Iberchem, we are looking for a candidate to join one of our subsidiaries outside Spain as a Finance Manager. As part of Iberchem Group’s global finance team, your primary objective will be to comprehensively lead the subsidiary’s finance function, ensuring sound financial, accounting, and tax management, while acting as a business partner with high operational involvement, performance analysis, and decision-making support. Your responsibilities will include: * Comprehensive leadership of the finance and accounting functions. * Acting as a strategic business partner with deep understanding of the business. * Preparing and presenting local and international financial reports to headquarters. * Conducting rigorous financial analyses to support decision-making. * Ensuring compliance with and application of local legislation. * Guaranteeing tax compliance and leading internal and external audit processes. * Leading and developing the finance team, promoting high performance standards.
