




We are seeking a Finance and Administration Manager with both strategic and operational vision, capable of leading the Group’s finance and administration function. This person will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance across all areas of the organization. *On-site in Amposta* • Preparation, monitoring, and control of the annual budget, as well as periodic financial forecasts. • Comprehensive management of the finance and administration area: accounting, treasury, taxation, accounts payable/receivable, management control, and reporting. • Lead, coordinate, and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and adaptability to organizational changes. • Report directly to the Group CEO, ensuring the quality, reliability, and timeliness of financial and management information. • Optimize processes, implement best practices, and strengthen internal controls across all administrative areas. • Tax management and regulatory compliance, including coordination with external advisors when necessary. • Oversee monthly and annual accounting closings, as well as manage relationships with external auditors. • Financial analysis to support strategic decision-making: investments, financing, risk, cost structure, and profitability. • Participation in executive committees and close support of the Group’s growth. * Experience: 8 years. • Minimum 8–10 years in finance roles. • Preferred: proven experience of at least 3–5 years as Finance Manager, Administration Manager, or equivalent leadership roles managing teams. * Bachelor’s Degree * Catalan (advanced spoken and written) * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * English (advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related field. • A Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, or an MBA is desirable but not mandatory. • Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgetary control, and financial analysis. • Prior experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar). • Proficiency in reporting tools and advanced Excel. • Professional-level English. • Open and flexible mindset regarding organizational and cultural change. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. • Results-oriented, focused on efficiency and continuous improvement culture. • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility. • Ownership mindset toward strategic projects. * Availability of personal vehicle * Driver’s license: Class B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Location: Amposta | Work mode: 100% on-site | Start date: Immediate | Reporting line: Group CEO
