The role focuses on consolidating the financial and administrative area, bringing solidity and efficiency to operations. We seek a professional who can integrate into a dynamic environment and contribute to the strategic development of the business. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating full administrative and financial management. This covers preparing financial reports, budgets, and economic forecasts; managing treasury; and controlling payments and collections. Ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and accounting obligations is also required, along with analyzing variances and proposing improvements in cost control. Internal administrative processes will be optimized, coordinating relationships with external advisors, auditors, and financial institutions, as well as supporting management in strategic decision-making. A degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Economics, or related fields is required, along with prior experience in finance-related leadership roles; experience in industrial environments is highly valued. Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor regulations is necessary, together with strong analytical capability and business orientation. The ideal candidate is organized, autonomous, capable of improving processes, and proficient in management tools and Excel. Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Economics, or related field. Prior experience in finance leadership positions. Industrial or production environment experience is highly valued. Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor regulations. Strong analytical capability and business orientation. Organized, autonomous profile with process improvement capability. Proficient in management tools and Excel.
