What will you do? Support management in daily administrative and organizational tasks, including: * Scheduling and maintaining the executive calendar (meetings, travel, events, etc.). * Preparing, archiving, and controlling confidential documentation. * Drafting reports, summaries, and presentations. * Managing and screening phone calls, emails, and visitors. * Supporting internal and external company communications. * Organizing logistics for meetings (invitations, rooms, materials, minutes). * Expense tracking, basic budgeting, or billing related to management. * Monitoring KPIs and process quality. * Prioritization management and resolution of daily operational issues. * Discreet handling of strategic and sensitive information. * Supporting other departments and commercial training initiatives. What are we looking for? * Higher vocational degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum proven experience of 1\-2 years in a similar role. * Knowledge of accounting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Proactive individual with strong attention to detail and analytical skills. * Ability to integrate into a dynamic team and work under deadlines. * Preferred: knowledge of Power BI.
