Handling incidents related to accounts and financial assets We are looking for a customer service professional based in Seville, specialized in managing complaints and inquiries within the energy sector. Responsibilities include handling incidents related to investments, accounts, and assets, delivering high-quality customer service. The position covers clarification of doubts regarding investment funds and pension plans, as well as operations involving fixed and variable income, including listed products such as ETFs. It also includes addressing queries about investment performance, commission and fee details, and contractual information before and after subscription. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or complaint management, preferably in banking or financial institutions. * Experience handling incidents related to accounts, financial assets, or investment products. * Knowledge of basic concepts: return, risk, volatility, and diversification. * Prior experience in investment back\-office or securities custody and financial customer service is considered a plus. * Knowledge of: MiFID II (suitability, appropriateness, client information), banking transparency regulations and customer protection, anti\-money laundering (AML), data protection (GDPR). * Familiarity with complaint procedures before the Customer Service Department (SAC) is valued. * We seek a dynamic, proactive individual with strong analytical skills. * Specific training in banking and financial products is considered an advantage. Completed GM/GS degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or related field.
