The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive accounting management, ensuring regulatory compliance and the reliability of accounting and tax-related information. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform full company accounting, including invoice recording, loans, provisions, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset management. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, as well as Corporate Income Tax returns, advance tax payments, Annual Financial Statements, and Official Accounting Books. * Manage filing and settlement of taxes (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, etc.). * Participate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation. * Monitor and analyze analytical accounting by cost centers or projects. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct expense allocation and adherence to internal procedures. * Propose improvements to accounting and financial processes. * Collaborate with external advisors on accounting and tax matters. **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in service companies or accounting firms/advisory practices managing accounting and tax affairs for SMEs and self-employed individuals. * Advanced proficiency in office software, especially Excel; experience with accounting ERP systems (e.g., A3, Navision, etc.) is desirable. * Solid knowledge of Spanish tax and accounting regulations, including VAT, Personal Income Tax, and other business- and self-employment-related taxes. * Skills in analytical and tax accounting, balance sheet preparation, and financial statement compilation. * Proactive, dynamic individual with strong adaptability and organizational skills, results-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to learn. * Full accounting management experience for companies and self-employed individuals is mandatory. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Terms and Benefits** * Permanent, full-time employment contract. * On-site work arrangement. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Positive work environment in a growing company.
