Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to manage the company’s general and tax accounting, coordinating with external advisory services and under the supervision of the Finance Director. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of general and tax accounting 2. Coordination with external advisory services and support in financial reporting 3. Treasury control and payment management **DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking an Accountant to manage the company’s general and tax accounting, in coordination with external advisory services and under the supervision of the Finance Director. **Responsibilities:** * General accounting: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. * Bank reconciliations * Preparation and filing of taxes (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, SII), Intrastat * Liaison with banks for daily operational matters * Daily monitoring of bank balances and treasury position * Processing of supplier payments, wire transfers, and direct debits * Settlement and submission of monthly/quarterly declarations: VAT, Personal Income Tax withholdings, Form 349 (monthly) * Receivables control, commercial bills, credit lines, and financing policies * Support in financial reporting * Coordination with external labor advisory services for monthly payroll processing, social security contributions, employee onboarding/offboarding, etc. * Supervision and validation of variable payroll data (absences, overtime, incentives, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS:** * 3–5 years of experience in accounting * Proficiency in the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC) * Experience with A3 or similar software * Advanced Excel skills * Stability and growth orientation **EDUCATION:** – Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting and Finance, or related field.
