




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and meticulous Accountant to manage daily accounting, fulfill accounting obligations, support financial reporting, and provide tax assistance. We seek an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong teamwork capabilities to join our organization as an Accountant. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting, ensuring compliance with current accounting obligations, supporting the preparation of financial reports and analyses that contribute to decision-making, and providing support to the Tax Department in preparing mandatory tax filings. **Main Responsibilities** * **Record and account for** all company economic transactions (supplier invoices, revenues, collections, payments, closing entries, corrections). * **Bank reconciliations:** perform and review periodic bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies. * **Tax management:** collaborate with internal tax specialists in preparing periodic tax filings and with external tax advisors as required. * **Accounting closings:** participate in monthly and annual closing processes, exercising control over accounts, provisions, and necessary adjustments to ensure a true and fair view. * **Report preparation:** prepare accounting and financial reports. * **Document management:** maintain organized accounting and administrative documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal or external audits. * **Audit support:** provide requested information for audits and collaborate in implementing recommendations. * **Process improvement:** propose and implement improvements to accounting procedures and internal controls to increase efficiency and reduce risks. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or administrative roles with similar responsibilities. * Solid knowledge of current Spanish accounting and tax regulations. * Proficiency in office software (Excel) and experience with accounting software and ERPs. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and rigor in information recording. * Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external advisors. * Availability to meet tax deadlines and monthly closings; responsible attitude oriented toward procedural compliance. **Desired Competencies** * Additional training in taxation, auditing, or management control. * Prior experience with sector-specific ERPs and automation of accounting processes. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines. * Proactivity in identifying improvements and controlling financial risks. **We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract and competitive salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities. * Initial and continuous training on procedures, regulations, and internal tools. * Professional, collaborative, and continuously improving work environment.
