From Boomerang we are seeking a CFO Assistant for an important logistics sector multinational. Position Purpose The CFO Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer in financial strategy, and collaborating in all daily activities at financial, accounting, administrative and management control levels within the Group. Additionally, this role will act as a liaison between the finance department and various operational departments, ensuring the collection, reliability, consolidation and analysis of the necessary economic information for decision-making. Direct Support to the CFO * Assist the CFO in comprehensive financial area management: reporting, budgetary control, cash flow, external audits, and banking relationships. * Provide accurate and relevant financial information to support the company’s strategic decision-making. * Prepare periodic financial and management reports for General Management and the Board of Directors. * Support the CFO in defining and executing the company's financial strategies. 2. Interdepartmental Coordination * Serve as the main contact point between the finance department and other company areas (operations, sales, HR, logistics, procurement, etc.). * Collect, validate and consolidate financial and budgetary information from each company within the Group. * Ensure that reporting processes are executed accurately and on time. * Work closely with the company’s tax and legal departments, identifying potential financial risks to the organization. 3. Desired Skills and Knowledge: Required Profile Academic Background • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar. • Master's degree in Finance, Management Control or MBA is desirable. Professional Experience • 5-8 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in industrial or logistics environments. • Prior experience as Controller, Senior Financial Analyst or Head of Administration. • Experience in reporting, consolidation and budget management. • Experience in wealth management or family office is desirable. Technical Competencies • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). • Knowledge of ERPs (SAP). • Solid understanding of taxation, accounting and treasury management. • Advanced English.
