




Job Summary: Administrative Assistant for the Kideak service, managing documentation, databases, and processes for the accompaniment of migrant youth. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative Assistant in the Kideak service, dedicated to the social accompaniment and mentoring of migrant youth aged 18–23 who lack family support in Navarra. Main responsibilities include managing both administrative and financial documentation, handling databases, and systematizing processes to evaluate service delivery and meet quality standards. Also responsible for facility management, covering rentals, utilities, insurance, and procurement, as well as economic management for service users. Additionally, performs end-to-end invoicing and provides accounting support. Working hours are Monday to Friday, at 50% part-time. There is potential for extension and for opting into an intensive schedule. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** Minimum: Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration and Finance. * Possession of a disability certificate indicating a minimum disability level of 33%. * Experience in database management and in developing and using tools. * Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, motivation, and capacity to take on new challenges. * Commitment to the established intervention model and to the cooperative group’s project. * Capacity for planning and autonomous work management.
