




Work location Barcelona Mission From FUTURE TRACK, we are seeking an Administration Manager & Customer Service professional with experience for an important food industry company located in Barcelona. Reports to Financial Director Functions and responsibilities Support in the monthly closing process, both accounting and management control (financial and controlling) Cost evaluation, performance and bill of materials analysis, as well as identification of monthly variances. Preparation and supervision of financial statements, accounting reports, and financial follow-up. Analysis and validation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department. Review of treasury and projects Management and submission of periodic tax obligations (VAT, IRPF, among others). Support in the coordination and execution of the annual financial audit. Participation in the preparation and review of Annual Accounts. Control and monitoring of manufacturing costs, identification of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions. Calculation and analysis of standard costs. Continuous control and analysis of gross margin. Support in the preparation of the annual budget, including the study and estimation of production volumes, direct material costs, selling prices, indirect manufacturing costs, performance levels, productive capacity, personnel requirements (FTEs), and inventory effects. Competencies **Advanced English level:** spoken and written Analytical ability, strong numerical skills, and results orientation Communication skills and teamwork Experience Solid and proven experience using SAP software Minimum of 4-5 years in similar positions Education University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate education in Finance, Management Control, or Audit will be valued. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Languages English
