Accounting Technician

Description

We are seeking an Accounting Technician whose mission will be to ensure the accurate recording and control of accounting information generated by the company's commercial activities, as well as economic transactions with suppliers, customers, and employees, safeguarding the accuracy of recorded information and supporting all departmental tasks. **Responsibilities** * Execution of accounting arising from the company's commercial operations, ensuring proper documentation recording. * Handling customer incidents related to billing and payment processes within the distribution channel. * Supporting the administrative area by processing and safeguarding expense receipts for the company's sales force. * Reconciliation and analysis of marketplace settlement statements. * Participation in the accounting closing processes. * Improvement and automation of financial processes. * Collaboration in the implementation and adaptation to Microsoft Dynamics 365\. * Management and reconciliation of platforms such as Amazon (Vendor/Seller), El Corte Inglés Marketplace, or other digital platforms. **Requirements** Higher vocational training degree in Administration and Finance; a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar is desirable. **Specific knowledge:** Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of AX, retail industry knowledge, advanced accounting knowledge. **Experience:** * 2 years as an administrative-accounting technician in retail sector companies, with experience in e-commerce and marketplace businesses being particularly valued. * Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 being especially valued. * Experience in the retail sector, with experience in e-commerce and marketplace businesses being particularly valued. **Competencies** * Proactivity. * Analytical ability. * Orientation toward continuous improvement. * Adaptability to change. * Capacity for learning and professional development.
