Then you should join Spain’s leading independent specialist in automotive windshield repair and replacement. **Responsibilities:** * Windshield repair or replacement. * Execution of instructions issued by the Workshop Supervisor and the Regional Representative. * Handling and resolving incidents. * Optimization of internal resources. **Conditions** * Immediate start * Ongoing training provided by the company * Stable position with opportunities for internal promotion. * Full-time schedule. * Fixed salary \+ incentives * Compensation based on candidate’s qualifications. **Skills and Requirements** ---------------------------- * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Automotive Engineering. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical workshops specializing in windshield replacement and repair. * Desirable experience in solar film installation, calibration, etc. * Proficient user of Office tools; basic administrative process knowledge between regional offices and headquarters. * Dynamic, solution-oriented, proactive, rigorous, committed, honest, and adaptable individual. * Customer-oriented, commercially minded, and accustomed to working towards objectives. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
