**Job Description & Summary** The People & Organisation (P&O) team at PwC helps organisations transform their people management models to address business challenges, improve organisational performance, and prepare their workforce for the future. We work with national and international companies to design talent strategies, organisational transformation, workforce planning, upskilling and reskilling, employee experience, and future-of-work models. We are seeking a **Strategic Workforce Consulting** professional to join our People & Organisation practice. The selected candidate will participate in strategic transformation projects related to people, organisation, and talent, helping clients align their business objectives with the capabilities, competencies, and structures required for the future. The selected candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business leaders to design innovative solutions in areas such as **Workforce Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills Transformation, Future of Work, Workforce Analytics, and Talent Transformation**. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related disciplines. * 3–6 years of experience in strategic consulting, HR consulting, or organisational transformation. * Experience in projects related to: + Strategic Workforce Planning. + Talent Strategy. + Organisation Design. + Future of Work. + Skills Transformation. + Workforce Analytics. + Change Management. * Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
