The professional joining this role will perform comprehensive management of documentation associated with dispatches, including the generation and strict control of delivery notes, commercial invoices, and route sheets guiding distribution. Their responsibilities extend to the meticulous organization and efficient assignment of daily delivery routes, optimizing resources and timeframes to ensure on-time deliveries. Additionally, they will maintain continuous and seamless coordination with the warehouse order-picking team, ensuring workflow consistency and preventing bottlenecks that could delay operations. A fundamental part of this position involves the physical preparation, thorough verification, and correct labeling of shipments, which must be meticulously organized according to the destination customer and assigned route. This process is critical to avoiding distribution errors and ensuring each order reaches its correct recipient. Subsequently, the professional will directly supervise the loading process of delivery vehicles, verifying that goods are properly stowed, secured, and ready for morning distribution, fully complying with all safety protocols and reverse logistics requirements if applicable. The work environment is dynamic and demands high adaptability, as logistical market demands may fluctuate. This position entails significant responsibility within the outbound supply chain, serving as a key link to ensure smooth warehouse operations and high-quality service delivery to customers. The role encompasses not only administrative and supervisory tasks but also the practical application of logistical principles to resolve daily incidents and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes at the workplace. The company offers an indefinite-term employment contract, providing job stability with direct hiring. The working schedule is intensive—four days per week—with a fixed afternoon-to-night shift running from 15:00 to 01:00, Monday through Thursday. This schedule guarantees extended weekends, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday completely free. A competitive salary is offered, commensurate with the level of responsibility involved, and includes night-shift compensation.
