Warehouse Assistant with Forklift License

Description

We are seeking a warehouse assistant with forklift license for a dynamic and continuously growing warehouse to ensure efficient goods flow. Responsibilities include preparing delivery notes for customers, ensuring each document accurately reflects the products shipped. Transportation is also managed, coordinating shipments and pickups via logistics platforms to optimize routes and delivery times. It is essential to organize pending, overdue, or urgent orders, prioritizing them according to customer and warehouse needs. Order picking will be a daily activity, using inventory management systems to quickly and accurately locate and select products. Operating a forklift is required to move heavy loads and verify that products are in good condition prior to shipment. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area is also required, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Collaboration with the team is key to achieving daily productivity and quality goals. Basic administrative tasks are performed, such as updating records in spreadsheets and using warehouse software. Adaptability to changing demand and ability to work under pressure when necessary are expected. Communication with sales and transportation departments is important to resolve incidents. An initial annual gross salary of 19\.000 euros is offered, subject to performance-based review. A three-month temporary contract through a temporary employment agency is provided, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with continuous professional development through internal training. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse position is mandatory. Office software knowledge is required, especially advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A valid forklift operator’s license is considered an advantage. The candidate must be organized, methodical, and capable of task prioritization. Personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the workplace. Immediate availability to start is required. Minimum education: Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in fields related to logistics or administration.
