Main duties include post-mortem inspection of carcasses, viscera, and slaughterhouse operations, ensuring compliance with regulations concerning food, feed, animal health, and welfare. Hygiene controls in meat production, detection of veterinary drug residues and contaminants, and segregation of suspect products under the supervision of the official veterinarian are also performed. A temporary replacement contract is offered, full-time schedule, afternoon shift from Monday to Friday. Availability for afternoon shifts is valued; possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace is preferred.
