We are seeking to hire two individuals for the **Purchasing** department to support the **Sales Activation** area. They will participate in projects related to point-of-sale material (POSM) management, data analysis, operational coordination, and tracking of strategic initiatives, collaborating with various teams and suppliers to contribute to the success of commercial activations. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide support in the management, coordination and tracking of Sales Activation projects. * Prepare reports, analyses and dashboards to support decision-making. * Collaborate on coordination and communication with suppliers and internal teams. * Track point-of-sale materials (POSM), ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives. * Support the operational management of projects, ensuring proper execution across all phases. * Assist in preparing presentations, documentation and materials for meetings. * Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments across the company. * Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing departmental management. **Required Profile** * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields. * Advanced level of English; knowledge of French is a plus. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Analytical mindset, with interest in data and information-driven decision-making. * Organized, structured individual with strong attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Proactive and self-motivated, with initiative to assume responsibilities and propose improvements. * Strong capacity for learning, curiosity and eagerness to grow within a dynamic environment. * Problem-solving skills and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments. * Results-oriented with strong time-management and deadline adherence. * Positive attitude, collaborative spirit and service orientation. * Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. * Ownership mindset, eager to take on challenges and actively contribute to project success. **Job Posting End Date:** 2026\-08\-16**Target Hire Date****:** 2026\-09\-07**Target End Date**: 2027\-09\-06
