You will join an international, multidisciplinary, and highly collaborative team. We are seeking an International Traffic Manager to coordinate transport operations for clients and correspondents, optimizing load and route planning to ensure maximum profitability, on-time delivery, and high-quality service. You will work closely with the Correspondent Department Head as well as with Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse, Quality, Import, and Export teams. **Your mission will be:** Coordinate client/correspondent orders and manage truck loads to achieve maximum profitability, supported by the Correspondent Manager. Additionally, consolidate, coordinate, and oversee all trucks assigned to your designated routes and corresponding correspondent services. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Manage and coordinate client and correspondent requests, ensuring agile response and high-quality service. * Organize and plan transport services, optimizing routes, loads, and resources to maximize profitability. * Enter, review, and manage orders, rates, and transport documentation (CMR, POD, customs documentation, etc.). * Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and operational activities with clients, correspondents, drivers, and partner carriers. * Monitor service performance, supervise adherence to deadlines, and resolve incidents efficiently. * Continuously collaborate with National, Import, Export, Quality, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operational execution. * Manage operational costs, review invoices, and keep system information up to date. **What we offer:** * A stable position within a growing company. * Involvement in high-impact international and technological projects. * A collaborative environment with a strong team-oriented culture. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. **Requirements:** --------------- **We are looking for a candidate who:** * Has at least one year of prior experience in a similar role related to transport, route management, or freight transportation. * Holds a qualification in transport and logistics and/or administration (desirable). * Has basic knowledge of English and/or French (required); Romanian language skills are desirable.
