Textile operations personnel will be integrated into key production and garment finishing processes within an industrial environment. Main responsibilities will include handling, preparing, and performing final conditioning of textile items for distribution. This role is essential to ensure the quality and presentation of the final product before it reaches the customer or point of sale. Work is carried out in a team-based environment where precision and attention to detail are essential values for achieving daily objectives. The work environment is designed to follow established protocols that guarantee efficiency throughout the production chain. Activities directly contribute to the center's logistics operations flow, supporting various stages of goods processing. Specific training on internal procedures and handling of assigned materials and equipment will be provided to carry out tasks. The position requires adaptability to work in different process areas according to current operational needs, always under supervision. Compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations is a fundamental pillar in carrying out all assigned activities. This position operates under a shift system, which may involve rotating shifts between morning and afternoon, or a fixed night shift. There is potential for future permanent incorporation into the main client's workforce. The work environment is dynamic and fosters a positive atmosphere among colleagues. Employment conditions comply with the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the sector. At least one year of prior experience in the textile sector or in industrial production environments is required. A compulsory secondary education (ESO) diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Practical knowledge of textile processes and basic handling of sector-specific tools will be considered advantageous. Availability to adapt to different work shifts is an indispensable requirement for this position.
