This company owns its own machinery and has a strong regional presence, executing urban development projects, land conditioning, infrastructure works, earthworks, and small-scale civil engineering projects for both public and private clients. We seek a versatile individual capable of combining technical office tasks, studies, and on-site project management support—participating both in project preparation and valuation, as well as in their technical and economic monitoring. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of construction budgets and economic studies. * Cost analysis, quantity surveying, and project valuation. * Preparation and monitoring of public and private tenders. * Development of technical and economic proposals. * Review of tender documents and technical specifications. * Economic monitoring and cost control of construction projects. * Technical support to production teams and site management. * Liaison with suppliers and request for quotations. * Preparation of economic comparisons. * Document and administrative management of projects. * Occasional site visits to monitor progress and provide technical support. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture. Degrees in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or similar fields will also be considered. * Experience in studies, technical offices, production, or construction project management. * Knowledge of quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost control. * Experience in preparing tenders and proposals. * Proficiency in budgeting and quantity surveying tools. * Organized, solution-oriented profile with a holistic view of projects. * Ability to work both in the office and directly on-site. **Especially Valued** * Experience in civil engineering, urban development, earthworks, or excavations. * Technical knowledge of construction production and execution. * Experience in procurement and purchasing. * Residence in Girona or surrounding areas.
