Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets. At Pramac, we are seeking to hire a **Supply Planner** to join our Operations department. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials and components required for production, guaranteeing adherence to manufacturing deadlines and optimizing inventory levels. ### **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Manage raw material purchases for various factory sections. * Analyze and execute MRP, managing procurement requirements. * Track purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers. * Ensure material availability for production. * Handle supply-related incidents and coordinate corrective actions. * Configure and optimize planning data (safety stocks, minimum order quantities, lead times, etc.). * Participate in the qualification of new suppliers and new components. * Coordinate transportation and receiving activities with the Logistics department. * Identify alternative supply sources in response to potential supply risks. * Collaborate on continuous improvement projects for the supply chain. * Manage the purchase of finished goods from other group factories and/or external suppliers. * Monitor delivery timelines and inform the Sales department. * Coordinate loading activities with Logistics and Sales. What are we looking for? * Vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience working with ERP systems; Oracle experience is especially valued. * Minimum B2 level English proficiency for communication with international suppliers. * Organized, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented individual. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
