The selected candidate will be responsible for the operational, commercial, and administrative management of the spa, ensuring compliance with quality, profitability, and service standards. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily spa operations and ensure excellence in service delivery. * Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team of therapists and reception staff. * Manage staff schedules, shifts, and workforce planning. * Ensure compliance with protocols, hygiene standards, and quality requirements. * Manage inventory, orders, and stock control of products. * Handle incidents and resolve customer-related situations professionally. * Drive treatment sales. * Analyze performance results, KPIs, and operational reports. * Coordinate commercial initiatives and promotions with the marketing department. * Ensure a premium customer experience and customer loyalty. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in spa and wellness management. * Proven leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent customer orientation and communication skills. * Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented profile. * Knowledge of operations, sales, and administrative controls. * Intermediate level of English (other languages are a plus). * Proficiency in computer tools and reservation systems.
