ACCIONA Construcción, within its Railway Business Division, requires a Site Supervisor for its Castelldefels Station Remodelling Project in Barcelona. Job Description Mission: Responsible for the direct execution of the construction project, leading the team and managing resources or tools accordingly, while ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule requirements under the guidance of the Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager, with the objective of guaranteeing proper project execution. Responsibilities: * Foresees, requests, and activates the availability of resources, materials, machinery, or tools required for the execution of work packages, both in the short and medium term. * Foresees and anticipates workforce needs according to the directives and requirements set by the Production Manager. * Organizes and allocates work tasks, guiding and supervising both in-house and subcontracted labor. * Organizes the work of various subcontractors in the short term. * Monitors and verifies progress of construction activities, resource requirements, stock levels, material storage, and receipt of materials. * Verifies the condition, availability, and appropriate use of machinery and tools. * Coordinates safety resources and systems, as well as their correct application.
