The incumbent will supervise workflow to ensure that all activities proceed as planned, maintaining pace and efficiency throughout each shift. This is a full-time position. Main responsibilities include organizing the team and available resources, facilitating shift handovers, and resolving any minor contingencies arising during operations. Maintaining order, enforcing internal regulations, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among colleagues are essential. Continuous supervision of tasks is critical to identify potential improvements. The goal is to achieve a balance between meeting production deadlines and ensuring the well-being of the entire team. Compulsory Secondary Education; 10 years of prior experience in management roles; experience managing work teams.
