Service Supply Planner

**Overview:** Due to the growth of the industrial refrigeration sector, CCR is seeking a Service Supply Planner \& Buyer to improve the operational management of the Service Department within our overall business (commercial and industrial refrigeration). CCR is a leading provider of high-efficiency, turnkey refrigeration systems and services for the food retail industry. Our operations are supported by 6 European manufacturing plants, 2 plants in Asia, and world-class R\&D centers in Germany and China. **Responsibilities:** Plan and manage purchases for our international spare parts warehouse (ESPC) in the most productive and efficient manner possible. Track ongoing orders and ensure delivery traceability. Collaborate with spare parts inventory management for the Service Department. Develop databases to enable rapid budgeting of aesthetic repairs for refrigerated display units, where materials are primarily internal products marketed via ESPC. Collaborate on managing the interface between Astea and SAP for PR/POs. Provide training and support to Operations Managers and Operations Coordinators for identifying spare parts required for operations. **Qualifications:** **Education:** Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), Basic Vocational Training / Intermediate-Level Vocational Qualification in Administrative Management or equivalent Experience in spare parts management for refrigeration equipment (minimum 2 years). Advanced office software proficiency. English language proficiency at B2 level. Communication, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Teamwork ability and proactivity
