As part of our positioning as a leading company in defense and cybersecurity, we aim to reinforce our team with a Senior Automation Engineer experienced in IT process automation and cybersecurity environments, to join a strategic project linked to SCOMCE in Barcelona.
What will you do?
* Design and implement automation solutions for SCOMCE processes and capabilities.
* Align automation design with the project’s operational, technical, and security requirements.
* Define, deploy, and maintain automated processes focused on operations, security, and response.
* Implement monitoring, validation, and continuous control mechanisms for automated processes.
* Participate in continuous improvement of automation capabilities, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of solutions into complex environments and critical systems.
* Ensure quality, traceability, and technical documentation of developed solutions.

✅ At least 4 years of experience in IT process automation.
✅ At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, defense, or critical systems.
✅ Experience in designing and implementing automated processes for operations, security, and response.
✅ Proficiency in automation, orchestration, and scripting tools.
✅ Ability to align technical designs with operational requirements.
✅ Experience in monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement of automated processes.
✅ University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or related field.
✅ English level B1\.
✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona.

What does our selection process look like?
**Profile Review:** We assess your experience and skills to determine whether you match our requirements.
**Initial Contact (5\-10 minutes):** If you receive a call from an unknown number, it’s our team! It will be a brief conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
**Technical Interview:** You’ll meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We’ll also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we’ll conduct brief psychological and English competency assessments (if required).
**Interview with Talent Acquisition Team:** We want you to get to know us better as a company — our values, career model, skills framework — so both you and the team can assess mutual fit.
